CHÂTEAU JÉRÉMIE
At the heart of the Corbières
STORY
In the charming and endearing village of Fabrezan, in the heart of the Corbières, the sound of horse hooves and the armor of Cathar riders still seems to resonate in the Orbieu valley.
In 2014, we completely renovated the winery which is a true work of architecture in the center of the village. The two reception docks, one of which is entirely gravity-fed, allows vinification using traditional maceration and carbonic maceration.
TERROIR
At the foothill of the Alaric, the Jérémie vineyard covers 68 hectares in the Languedoc, Corbières and Corbières-Boutenac appellations and enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate at an altitude varying from 40 to 150 meters. The soils are gravelly clay-limestone, rolled pebbles and sandstone.
