Since the early 2000s, Jean-Claude Mas has been shaping the vineyards of Château Paul Mas, divided between vineyards on the hillsides around Montagnac and those on the Hérault plain at Conas, near Pézenas, in the South of France.
Alongside his AOP (Appelation d’Origine Contrôlée) wines, which are among the most emblematic of Languedoc wines – Clos des Mûres in red and Belluguette in white – Jean-Claude Mas produces a range of IGP Pays d’Oc wines called Vignes de Nicole in red, white and rosé. The label features a drawing of a heron standing in the vines at Nicole, where it all began.
HVE3 certified, the grapes used to make this rosé come from the emblematic grape varieties of the South of France, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, and are harvested at night to retain their freshness.
Vignes de Nicole rosé is one of the house’s historic references. The 2023 vintage is an elegant, mouth-watering wine with a wide range of aromas and a fine amplitude. This wine is a perfect companion for many summer dishes.

Rosé Aurore 2023

The Côté Mas wine collection illustrates the Mediterranean art of living and, more specifically, Luxe Rural or Everyday Luxury, a concept dreamt up by Jean-Claude Mas, which he applies to Côté Mas, a guest house, restaurant and tasting boutique in the South of France.
The bottle label depicts a postcard of the South: a bastide surrounded by pine trees, vines and olive groves, with the deep blue sea as a backdrop. In the foreground, a couple enjoy lunch on the grass in the warmth of the garrigue.
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, Côté Mas Rosé Aurore 2023 is a light, gourmet Languedoc wine, a wine for pleasure at any time of day and easy to pair with a variety of dishes, in one word, happiness!
